The HBA/CLE Department makes written materials available after many of its seminars and institutes. All materials are priced as listed, plus 8.25% sales tax. Add $4.00 for postage and handling for every four items if ordering via mail. Print out the form and circle  the items you wish to order. Send the order form and check, payable to the Houston Bar Association, to the HBA at 1001 Fannin, Suite 1300, Houston, TX 77002.
