The Antitrust & Trade Regulation Section sponsors monthly CLE presentations on current topics in antitrust litigation, criminal antitrust enforcement, federal merger review, and state-law trade regulation. Topics include litigation and regulation under the federal Sherman Act, the Clayton Act, the Robinson-Patman Act, and state antitrust statutes. Our speakers regularly include practicing lawyers, economists and expert witnesses, judges, and academics. The Section typically meets on the third Thursday of each month at lunchtime.
