The Real Estate Law Section offers monthly lunch meetings during its fiscal year (September through June). Speakers present topics ranging from leasing, development, loan transactions, landlord/tenant issues, legislative updates and other relevant real estate issues. CLE credit of 1.0 hour is given for attendance at each presentation.
The Section participates in and contributes to several community based fundraising campaigns including Habitat for Humanity, Texas C-Bar, and Historic Records Preservation. Monetary scholarships are awarded to a student at each of Houston’s law schools.

For attendance at programs, the advance yearly
subscription cost is $175.00 for all ten (10) meetings; Non-subscribing
attendees may pay a single-meeting price of $35.00 for advanced reservations and $40.00 for
walk-ins.
