The Securities Litigation and Arbitration Section meets for lunch on the second Tuesday of the months of September through November and January through May.  Each meeting features one or more speakers who discuss current topics of interest to the securities bar, such as class action developments, broker-dealer arbitrations, fiduciary duty claims, internal corporate investigations, and SEC and other securities regulatory actions.

We encourage lawyers in all practice areas to join our section and/or attend our meetings, as our speakers typically have broad general appeal.

The section also sponsors a project designed to introduce seventh grade students to the world of stock market investing.
