An organization designed to help students who are veterans acclimate to the university lifestyle. There are over 500 chapters in all of the states. GI Bill provides financial support for education and housing to individuals with at least 90 days of aggregate service after September 10, 2001, or individuals discharged with a service-connected disability after 30 days. This program seeks ways to transfer the amount of service a veteran has done towards credit hours at participating colleges or universities. This program partners with HCC, Lonestar College, Lee College, San Jacinto College and others.
