HBA CLE Webinar: How Lawyers Can and Should Interact with the Public Online
Fri, March 5, 2021
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
With digital interactions at an all-time high, law firms need to be more concerned than ever with how their attorneys and staff engage with those outside of the firm. Now, more than ever before, we are using social media, email, texting, WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams, and a seemingly unending list of digital communication platforms. What rules govern what we can and can’t say, where we can and can’t say it, and how secure these information exchanges need to be?
CLE: 1.5 hours MCLE credit, including 1.5 hours of ethics credit.
Presented by Stacey E. Burke (moderator) (Stacey E. Burke, P.C.), Zach Wolfe (Fleckman & McGlynn, PLLC), LaMonica Orr-Love (The Love Law Group and Consulting Services, PLLC), Rudolph K. Metayer (Chamberlain McHaney, PLLC) and Erin Copeland (Fibich, Leebron, Copeland, Briggs)
Webinar information will be sent via email to registrants. Registration closes March 5 at 12:00 p.m.
