A Fresh Look at the Recoverable Damages in Trade Secrets Cases

This discussion will take a deep dive into the damages recoverable in trade secrets cases in Texas, particularly after recent developments in the law with the enactment of the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act (TUTSA), the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), and newly released case law from the Texas Supreme Court concerning the law of lost profits.

CLE: 1.5 hours CLE credit, no ethics credit.

No pre-registration is required. Written materials are available for up to $15. The CLE Department makes these written materials available after many of its seminars and institutes.
