In this seminar, we will identify and explore ethical considerations in business transactions including: sources of ethical obligations, identification of client, conflicts of interest, communications, common scenarios in transactions, including confidentiality agreements, documentation, negotiations, and recommendations for best practices.
CLE: 1.5 hours MCLE credit, 1.5 hours ethics credit.
