This seminar will address compensability issues across a wide variety of current headline topics. The IH-45 project is a $6 billion dollar plan that will re-route the highway east of the downtown core. This seminar will cover the highspeed rail project in environmental review stage. It will also address Hurricane Harvey inverse condemnation claims that pose causation challenges.
CLE: 1.5 hours CLE credit, no ethics credit.
