Hiring is a vital component to keeping any law firm alive, but lawyers have little training in how to effectively hire. This panel brings a wide variety of experience to make the hiring process better for employers and employees. After an overview of the legal landscape, the panel will dispel some hiring myths about what can’t be done during interviews. The panel will then discuss how to set up a hiring process to get the right candidates, including how to ask questions that get usable answers. The panel will end with a mock interview.
