This seminar will address the similarities and differences between Protective Orders under the Texas Family Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure. It will outline the requirements under both statues for filing and proving a protective order case and the extent of available relief. This seminar is intended to give the practitioner a wider perspective in the prosecution or defense of a protective order.
CLE: 1.5 hours MCLE credit, .5 hour ethics credit.
