Full Title: “Sexual Assault, Harassment and Bullying – Oh My! (How to Prevent Sexual Assault, Harassment and Bullying in Non-profits, Churches and Your Business).” This program will address how to understand different types of sexual harassment, identifying sexual harassment versus other behavior, and the difference in Quid Pro Quo and hostile work environment. It will cover how to help employees/volunteers know acceptable behavior, what is bullying in the workplace and what is the cost, and bystander and mobbing and effect in the workplace. It will also address gossiping and cyberbullying as well as our ethical responsibilities of bosses, co-workers, and co-volunteers.
CLE: 1.5 hours MCLE credit, .25 hour ethics credit.
