Your client is a creditor in a chapter 7, now what? How to review schedules, obtain an assessment on distributions and navigate the automatic stay, claim objections and avoidance actions. The seminar will cover conflicts of interest to be aware of in bankruptcy and advising a client regarding asset disposition, turnover, and the automatic stay.
