This presentation will discuss common white collar criminal and bankruptcy issues that often arise in litigation and transactions. The presenters will provide a primer on FCPA, accurate disclosures, Fifth Amendment, as well as other topics so that attendees can early identify red flags in their civil/bankruptcy matters. If you have limited knowledge of white collar criminal issues and/or bankruptcy law… this presentation is for you!
