The purpose of the Probate, Trusts & Estates Section is to promote the objectives and standards of professionalism of the Houston Bar Association within the field of probate, trusts & estates.

Bill Pargaman, a past chair of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, has prepared a preliminary guide to alternative methods of execution of estate planning documents under existing law, which our members may find helpful. The guide is posted under "COVID-19 Resources" on this page.
The Probate, Trusts & Estates Section meets on the last Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m.
