This panel will discuss strategies for managing difficult opposing counsel relationships, including tactics for discovery, motion practice, and trial.  While the panel features young lawyers with less than seven years of experience, the discussion will be applicable to lawyers at all stages of their practice.

There should be no active campaigning, no literature distributed, no buttons worn, essentially nothing to indicate that a judge is in a contested race, and certainly nothing urging a favorable vote. Judges and judicial candidates may serve on HBA committee(s) and appear in HBA programs.
