The use of AI and other technological advances is a rapidly evolving area of the legal landscape, especially in litigation. This webinar provides a comprehensive exploration of non-stenographic depositions and the pivotal role of modern software in capturing, analyzing, and sharing testimony. It delves into the specifics of how to take non-stenographic depositions, the software involved, the process, cost and time savings, and techniques you can use to create more impactful demand letters, briefs, and reports by inserting clips of key video testimony. This program will also cover preventing off-camera coaching during Zoom depositions and ensuring non-stenographic transcription options are reputable and that opposing counsel is provided the opportunity to inspect the transcript.

The HBA adopted the following policy for judicial campaigning at HBA events:
There should be no active campaigning, no literature distributed, no buttons worn, essentially nothing to indicate that a judge is in a contested race, and certainly nothing urging a favorable vote. Judges and judicial candidates may serve on HBA committee(s) and appear in HBA programs.
