Tips on Finding and Using Expert Witnesses

This CLE is a panel discussion with a judge, tried and true expert, and trial lawyer who frequently retains and interacts with experts on cases. It will provide information on (i) how to find good and reliable experts; (ii) insight on how experts can be used persuasively (and what not to do) in jury and bench trials; and (iii) tips on making adequate expert disclosures and how to communicate with and utilize experts more effectively.
