Harnessing Non-Stenographic Depositions & AI
The legal world, known for its reliance on stenographic record-keeping and face-to-face interactions, is undergoing a seismic shift. With the proliferation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) software and modern technology, more attorneys are leveraging non-stenographic deposition software to streamline litigation processes, save costs, and bolster case presentations. This CLE explores and explains the Texas rules governing the use of non-stenographic depositions, the specifics of taking a non-stenographic deposition, the benefits of non-stenographic depositions, and the role of AI software in non-stenographic depositions. This CLE also covers admissibility concerns and ethical considerations that may come into play with non-stenographic depositions and the use of AI software. The CLE will cover ethical considerations relating to non-stenographic depositions and the use of AI software.
