Oil & Gas Law Litigation for the General Practitioner

Oil & Gas makes up a large part of the Texas (and Houston) economy. Practitioners in Houston are likely to find themselves involved in oil and gas lawsuits or dealing with mineral leases at some point over their career. But oil and gas law has many unique, and sometimes counterintuitive, aspects that set it apart from standard commercial and contract law when disputes arise.
