A Primer on Chapter 95 of the CPRC and Texas Premises Liability Law

This CLE will provide a primer on Texas premises liability law.  It will discuss the difference between a negligence claim and premises liability claim.  It will also provide an overview of Chapter 95 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.

1 hour of MCLE credit, no ethics credit.
