Authenticity & Developing a Relationship with the Court & Jury

Everyone has the stereotype of a trial lawyer’s persona in mind. Often, this image is based on tv and movie depictions of trials that are far from realistic. In this presentation, we will focus on strategies to move beyond the caricature of the trial lawyer and explore ways to develop connections with juries and judges rooted in authenticity. We will cover the candor owed to the Court and the Jury. And explore ways that candor can be used to effectively advance your client’s interests at trial.
