ChatGPT for Texas Lawyers
ChatGPT is already helping lawyers save an average of five hours a week, according to the Federal Bar Association Legal Industry Report 2025. This session shows Texas lawyers how to capture those time savings while staying within ABA Formal Opinion 512 and Texas Ethics Opinion 705. You will learn practical ways to protect client confidentiality when using ChatGPT, draft first pass versions of motions such as motions to suppress, and automate your client intake process. The focus is on simple, repeatable workflows that any lawyer can start using the same day.
1 hour MCLE credit, including 0.25 hours of ethics.
