Dependent Administration: Preparing Your Client to Serve and Meet Court Expectations

This discussion will help attorneys assist and prepare clients who are appointed to serve in the role of dependent administrator.  The approach will be on court expectations and how to meet them.  While the topic relates primarily to maintenance and production of information necessary to properly file relevant pleadings and financial accountings, the topic will necessarily provide an overview of ethical and fiduciary obligations of an administrator.
