Bill Pargaman, a past chair of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, has prepared a preliminary guide to alternative methods of execution of estate planning documents under existing law, which our members may find helpful. Scholarships
$1000 to one student from each local law school. Offered in the Spring semester. Each school selects a winning student based upon enrollment in classes related to probate, trusts and estate, exemplary success in a related subject area, and plans to work in a related field.
