Securities Litigation & Arbitration

Section Focus

Attorney members of the section, dressed in business attire, sit in rows of long tables, facing right, eating while they enjoy the presentation. The Securities Litigation and Arbitration Section meets for lunch on the second Tuesday of the months of September through November and January through May. Each meeting features one or more speakers who discuss current topics of interest to the securities bar, such as class action developments, broker-dealer arbitration, fiduciary duty claims, internal corporate investigations, and SEC and other securities regulatory actions.

Two men in business attire stand close together, one at a podium, the other beside him near a hanging screen. There is a window in the background. The man at the podium is talking. We encourage lawyers in all practice areas to join our section and/or attend our meetings, as our speakers typically have broad general appeal.
