Antitrust & Trade Regulation
Section Focus
The Antitrust & Trade Regulation Section sponsors regular CLE presentations on current topics in antitrust litigation and regulation, including criminal enforcement, merger review, and state law trade regulation. Speakers at section luncheons often include private practitioners; government lawyers representing state and federal enforcement authorities; judges; academics; and economists or other industry experts. Both members and nonmembers are welcome to attend section luncheons to receive CLE credit and visit with members of Houston’s antitrust bar. To receive announcements of section programs, please contact the section’s Secretary-Treasurer, listed below.
